We really enjoyed our stay! We were greeted immediately upon arrival, and check in was a very smooth process. Our room was pretty spacious and clean, and the location was great! We had an overall great experience, and highly recommend a stay here!

Superior location on a very quiet street, minutes from both San Marco and Rialto!

Luca and the staff are wonderful! Quiet, comfortable rooms

Do not stay anywhere else.

By the way, the lack of an elevator is an excellent contribution to your daily exercise.

 A gem in the heart of Venice! - 12 feb 2023

Waking up and having a 2 minute walk to either Rialto bridge or San Marco Square was only part of the pleasure staying at the property. Luca was kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met and he made sure we feel at home! The room was clean, warm and cozy. We didn’t try the breakfast but the romantic welcome option treated us to a wonderful bottle of wine.

 Great location meets affordability - Mar 24

Great location, literally in the center of Venice, 5 minutes from both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. No frills, but clean. Perfect place for a traveler like me, who would use the room just for sleep and an occasional rest between long walks. Luca is a hard-working host with a positive attitude who is everywhere. Sometimes one wonders if he has a twin.
