LUCA DEL MASCHIO (on the right) was born in Venice on January 24, 1979.
5 generations in hospitality business, behind him, have made their weight felt in all his work choices.
For every question from the customer, every unexpected, every hitch, he already has 5 ready solutions but, his big creativity, combined with the experience, gained in the workfield, always suggest at least many many others.
His experience, behind the reception desk, begins with prestigious hotels and with large chains (Baglioni, Nh, ...) in which he immediately stands out for professionalism and attention for customers. However, the two most important experiences in his career are represented: first by Bologna Art Hotels, where he found a great mentor in the late Dr. Mauro Orsi, and then by the Hotel Olimpia in Bibione, a hotel founded by his grandfather Valentino, who he directed for 10 years with his family.
